Growth Story
To build long-lived infrastructure and housing that remains valuable to its users and its investors decades after handover.
Growth is concentrated in two corridors — the NCR expressway belt and the Chandigarh tri-city region — with selective entry into eastern India where public infrastructure investment is sustained. The group prioritises land with clear title and existing trunk services over cheaper but slower-to-activate holdings.

Governance
The board meets quarterly and includes two independent directors. Project-level special purpose vehicles are audited separately, and investor reporting follows the same quarterly cycle as the RERA filings.
Sustainability
All new commercial developments target LEED Gold as a minimum. Residential schemes are designed for cross-ventilation and daylight before mechanical systems are considered, and every site operates a sewage treatment plant with treated water reused for landscaping.
